We take every precaution to individually inspect each product before packing.
COVID-19 Prevention Policy:
During this pandemic, our customers and community safety is our top priority. All orders are handled and packaged in a safe and clean environment. We are a small operation and we follow handwashing protocol, sanitize all work areas, and wear gloves while packing each order.
Sales Tax Policy:
We are required to collect stated sales tax. All online orders will be charged applicable state sales tax.
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (1) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (2) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or bank, and (3) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
**Please ensure that your name and address is verified on Paypal, and the name and address on your order, matches the name and address you have with PayPal. Any unverified names and addresses on orders will be contacted for correction, if not corrected you will be automatically refunded, and your order will be cancelled.
Orders over $100.00 may require additional verification prior to shipping. We will contact you if we need additional verification prior to shipping.
Alluring Lengths Beauty holds the right to cancel and/or refuse orders at any time. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded immediately and reason(s) for cancellation, and/or refusal to conduct business will be documented and forwarded to you via e-mail.
After you place your order you will receive an order email confirmation and order processing begins.
If any order is placed on a major holiday, during a sale or after 12PM CST the order will be processed the next business day.
All Alluring Lengths beauty products have a 2-3 day processing period before shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive via USPS Priority Mail. Please expect delays during holidays and sales. Orders can take up to 10 days to ship during holidays and sales. Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed 7-10 days.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced packages. Please ensure your address is correct prior to placing your order. Once the item is shipped out and sent to the post office, we no longer have control over the package. Please contact the carrier after you have received your tracking number.
Our products are handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of our products we do accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds. All sales are final. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the original placement date. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
Returns are only accepted if there was an error on our part and we sent you the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged. To process a return for the wrong item the products cannot be altered, worn, or tampered with and the product packaging must still be intact. Any product that has been altered, used or tampered with in any way will not qualify to be returned.
To process a return due to receiving the wrong item from Alluring Lengths Beauty please contact us within 7 business days from the date your order was shipped. There will be no returns allowed after this time period of 7 business days. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us and we will happily correct your order.
To process a return or exchange for damaged and defective products, please send email with an attached photo of the damaged or defective product with reason for return to email@example.com.
